Business process improvement mostly possible in a Lean way. Lean principles implementation, direct managers and employees involvement into continuous improvement activities, are the key factors for progress and success in organization. Changes in the organization must be prepared, e.g. recognized need for improvement (see the problems we want to solve) and importance (accept resources, which systematically has to be used).
